At Auto-3D România, we want your products to arrive as quickly as possible and in the best condition.

📦 Shipping in Romania

Shipping costs only 18 RON, regardless of the location within Romania.
We deliver anywhere in Romania.
Orders are shipped through our courier partners, FAN Curier or GLS.
The usual delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

For made-to-order or personalized products, production time may extend the dispatch timeframe. In these cases, the customer will be notified before dispatch.

Shipping costs for international orders are automatically displayed at checkout, based on the destination country.

Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and courier company.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) so you can check the delivery status at any time.

↩️ Returns Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with the products they order.

Under Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without having to provide a reason for their decision.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

in the same condition in which they were received;
free from signs of use or damage;
accompanied by all accessories and the original packaging, if possible.

After the product has been received and inspected, its purchase price will be refunded within no more than 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except when the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Non-returnable Products

For legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

made-to-order products;
products personalized to the customer's specifications;
products specially modified for a specific vehicle or project.

🛡️ Warranty

All products sold by Auto-3D România are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with applicable legislation.

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the situation and, as appropriate:

replace the product;
repair the product, if possible;
or refund its purchase price.

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by incorrect installation;
improper use;
modifications made to the product after delivery;
damage caused by mechanical impact, accidents, or use for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
