Auto-3D provides:

  • products made via 3D printing

  • customization services

  • information related to production, models, and orders

3. Orders and contract conclusion

An order placed online constitutes an offer.
The contract is considered concluded when Auto-3D sends the order confirmation via email.

Auto-3D may refuse orders in case of:

  • incomplete data

  • suspicion of fraud

  • unavailability of materials or models

4. Prices and payment methods

  • Prices are expressed in RON

  • Delivery costs are displayed separately

  • Payment methods:

    • bank card

    • cash on delivery

    • bank transfer

5. Intellectual property

All texts, images, models, and designs on the site are the property of Covaci A.F PFA.

Files uploaded by the client remain their property, and Auto-3D does not distribute them to third parties.

The client confirms they have the legal right over them.

6. Limitation of liability

Auto-3D provides no guarantees regarding:

  • permanent availability of the site

  • technical errors

  • courier delays

Any liability for indirect losses (such as the loss of a 3D project) is excluded.
