At Auto-3D Romania, we want products to reach you as quickly as possible and in the best condition.

📦 Delivery in Romania

Delivery cost is FREE, regardless of the locality in ROMANIA.
We deliver anywhere in Romania.
Orders are shipped via partner courier companies FAN Curier or GLS.
The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days from the moment of dispatch.

For custom-made or personalized products, production time may extend the shipping period. In these situations, the customer will be informed before dispatch.

The shipping cost for international orders is automatically displayed on the checkout page, depending on the destination country.

The estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days, depending on the destination and the courier company.

📍 Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) so you can check the delivery status at any time.

↩️ Return Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with the products ordered.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to justify their decision.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

in the same condition as received;
without signs of use or damage;
accompanied by all accessories and original packaging, if possible.

After receiving and verifying the product, its value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in situations where the product has a defect or was delivered incorrectly.

Products that cannot be returned

For legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

custom-made products;
products personalized according to customer requirements;
products specially modified for a specific vehicle or project.

🛡️ Warranty

All products sold by Auto-3D Romania benefit from the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with current legislation.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will analyze the situation and, as appropriate:

replace the product;
repair the product, if possible;
or refund its value.

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by incorrect installation;
improper use;
modifications made to the product after delivery;
damage caused by mechanical shock, accidents or use for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
