  • products made by 3D printing

  • customization services

  • information related to production, models and orders

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The order placed online constitutes an offer.
The contract is considered concluded when Auto-3D sends the order confirmation by email .

Auto-3D may refuse orders in the following cases:

  • incomplete data

  • suspicion of fraud

  • unavailability of materials or models

4. Prices and payment methods

  • Prices are expressed in RON

  • Delivery costs are displayed separately.

  • Payment methods:

    • bank card

    • repay

    • bank transfer

5. Intellectual property

All texts, images, models and designs on the site are the property of Covaci AF PFA .

Files uploaded by the customer remain their property, and Auto-3D does not distribute them to third parties.

The customer confirms that he has the legal right to them.

6. Limitation of liability

Auto-3D does not provide warranties related to:

  • permanent availability of the site

  • technical errors

  • courier delays

Any liability for indirect losses (such as loss of a 3D project) is excluded.
